For Windows Users

Please Click on the image to the left to download the QuickSupport Program

For Internet Explorer

Once you have clicked on the link to the left a box will pop up and ask you to Run, Save or Cancel.
Press Run
Another pop up will ask you to Run, Save or Cancel 
Press Run
You will then see the a box as on the left but it will have a an ID and Password

Please give the Support Representative the ID and Password when required

For FireFox

Once you have clicked on the link a box will pop up and ask you to Save File or Cancel. 
Press Save File
Then another pop up will ask you where you would like to save the file,
save it to somewhere you can find it and then either run it from the download manager or find it and double click on to it
Once Run you will then see the a box like above with an ID and Password

Please give the Support Representative the ID and Password when required
