DPS Software has always held a completely electronic copy of the paper file. The link between DPS and TransAction-Online (TOL) is being enhanced to include electronic returns and automated login.

The electronic returns mean that when TOL return a search it is automatically filed against the matter from which the search was sent. The fee earner is automatically notified that the search has been returned and if the practice uses SMS messaging an SMS can be sent to the client. All automatically and with no user intervention!

The automated login enables a user to request a search in DPS and completely avoid the TOL login screens, thus reducing input and keystrokes.
