DPS Software Announce 2 New Products

With an ever increasing product portfolio DPS Software has just announced two more products that are set to improve the efficiency of document distribution within the case management system.

DPS Email Agent gives users the ability to attach incoming emails to a file with no intervention required, as all the work is done in the background of the system.

The 'agent' scans for incoming emails and attaches any that are related to DPS files straight into that particular file. Any other type of document, such as faxes or scanned documents can be attached to a file using the second of the new products, DPS Post Room.

Post Room allows users to attach incoming documents or emails to DPS matters without actually having to open the case file.

After logging into Post Room, the user searches for the case file they require then simply drops the letter, email or scanned document into the 'drop zone'. The item that has been dropped into the 'drop zone' is then automatically saved onto the selected file.

Post Room also has a search facility that allows the user to look for documents within their desktop that they can then drop onto files.

Both of these new products have been designed to make the DPS file as comprehensive as any paper file.
