The number of online successful submissions in DPS Convey has increased by 66% in the first quarter of the year. DPS conveyancing case management system allows our users to submit their Stamp Duty Land Tax returns with just a few clicks of their mouse. This is then automatically saved in the File History

The success rate of these submissions is steady, at between 55% and 60%. Should the submission fail the first time, the DPS user is provided with a report telling them what the errors were. The submission can then be corrected and resubmitted.

The SDLT functionality within the DPS case management system is a popular feature with conveyancing firms since more and more fee earners choose to submit their SDLTs straight from the DPS Convey case file. The SDLT form is automatically populated from the matter so that all the relevant information is entered with minimum manual input.
