In its third year running, Shaping the Future of Conveyancing 2008, was again a great success. Held at Northumbria University, the conference was open to conveyancing professionals and associates.

DPS Software representatives were adept in attending to delegates’ Legal IT queries and visitors to the stand were curious and happily surprised with information regarding DPS’ tailored Conveyancing Case Management and Accounts programs.

Delegates who explored DPS’ new Outlook Office Convey program had great positive feedback, most commenting on the easy e-conveyancing capabilities and the surprising access from within Microsoft Outlook.

DPS found that delegates were generally very satisfied with the conference’s content and enjoyed having the exhibitors there to break up the flow of the day and answer their other questions. 

One delegate said of their firm ‘We’ve been especially concerned about the latest talks of the property crisis and e-conveyancing and how it will affect us, but this conference has given me some different ideas to pursue so, overall, I found it quite useful.’

Conference attendees noted that the speakers this year provided useful and relevant topics, and they would hope that the conference would be available again next year.
