The user or administrator can see at a glance, all appointments across any time period.

The DPS Crime Web Diary tracks and manages appointments for all staff and locations from one easily accessible place. Appointments can be viewed, edited, added and deleted as required.

The diary can be set up so that the user can view by all locations, persons, types of location and period. Alternatively, the view can be changed so that the user can choose specific combinations of these criteria e.g. a specific type of location for a specific person. The view can also be sorted into location/date, person/date, or simply date order.

In addition, the user can customise the view so that appointment ‘types’ can be easily differentiated by colour coded system, immediately indicating the specific appointment type to the viewer. The viewed diaries can then be sent as an attachment to an email to designated recipients.
