The
DPS email agent is part of the DPS One Office family of
products. It is a really smart piece of software that
looks at all incoming and outgoing emails and if they
are matter related files them automatically against the
relevant case files. It will literally sit back and
operate in the background filing away
efficiently.
DPS
email agent now has even more functionality. It will
automatically chase letters and documents for you by
email. Say a letter is completed in DPS Case and you
want it chased every 7 days until you receive a reply.
The DPS task is then changed by the user to be a
scheduled task and it is automatically chased every X
days.
DPS
email agent is fully integrated to Outlook allowing
users to write emails, make appointments, set tasks
which are matter related and so update DPS Case directly
from Outlook.

database.
