You will deliver high quality training for our software to our law firm clients. This will primarily involve training legal cashiers on using our accounting, time recording and billing software but will involve end-user training of our case management software to partners, fee earners and support staff.
You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing systems, so you must have the ability to work alone and as part of a team. You must also have a strong appreciation for coding standards, design patterns and best practices. Aspects of the role will also include working on MS SQL databases, writing queries and conducting data migrations.
This job will give you exposure to how the legal industry works on a day to day basis and the role will nurture both your written work, your problem solving and your creativity. This is ideal for someone who wishes to work in a role where they work hard, they are given responsibility and trusted to work on project essential to the business of DPS Software.
We are excited to be looking for a Receptionist/Administrator, to provide support as part of our Administration team. Working with the Admin team to ensure that absences and holidays are covered where necessary or to assist during busy times. This role reports to the Admin and ISO Manager.
You will be selling our fully managed and hosted solutions practice management software to new clients and developing existing client relationships across the legal profession within the UK.
Would ideally suit an ambitious person that wants to succeed but has not had a huge amount of sales experience.
Would be for a candidate that would have likely had 2-3 years relevant sales experience.
Relevant Sales experience would include pitching face to face to professionals, with the gravitas to be able to advise on serious business investments.
