The Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) was designed to reduce risk and fraud and to streamline the entire service for both solicitors and clients. As stated by the Law Society, membership achievement proves the firm’s adherence to good practice management standards and to prudent and efficient conveyancing procedures.
In order to help existing and aspiring CQS members comply with the Scheme, we have re-written our Conveyancing case management software in conformity with its requirements, ensuring that our new workflow follows their protocol stages.
The workflow takes the fee earner from instruction to post-completion and our precedent letters comply with the CQS protocols.
At the click of a button you can create and print a letter being assured that it will comply with the Regulatory Requirements of the scheme.
WHAT ELSE CAN WE OFFER YOU?
Verification of Identity
We have collaborated with SearchFlow to provide e-verification services straight from our case management software. This will do your verification of identity and compliance in line with anti-money laundering regulations for an agreed fee.
The recent integration creates the bridge between ETSOS’ conveyancing search engine and our conveyancing software, enabling users to associate the reports, instant conveyancing quotes, on-demand pricing and all other relevant information emailed by the system to the right files in DPS automatically. SDLT online submissions
The SDLT forms generated from within DPS have been approved by the HMRC. The stamp duty payment is sent via BACS and this system has proved extremely successful.
So whether you want to attain or maintain your CQS membership then our conveyacing software can help you achieve this.
