Are you CQS compliant?

The Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) was designed to reduce risk and fraud and to streamline the entire service for both solicitors and clients.  As stated by the Law Society, membership achievement proves the firm’s adherence to good practice management standards and to prudent and efficient conveyancing procedures.

In order to help existing and aspiring CQS members comply with the Scheme, we have re-written our Conveyancing case management software in conformity with its requirements, ensuring that our new workflow follows their protocol stages.

The workflow takes the fee earner from instruction to post-completion and our precedent letters comply with the CQS protocols.
