We understand that these are worrying times across the globe for all of us.

We wanted to reassure you that all of our systems will remain fully operational and we will still be on hand to support our clients throughout this crisis. We are open for business as usual, but will be amending our working practices to support the efforts in seeking to halt the spread of COVID-19.

Many of our staff are now working from home, with a number remaining in the office which will remain open in line with the Government advice.

Please include as much information as you can on the issue and screenshots of any error messages. Our team will then get back to you as soon as possible, but please understand that as more firms start working from home, we are receiving a much higher volume of calls.

In the meantime, we will be putting together a number of resources to enable law firms to work remotely more effectively, so watch this space for more videos and webinars to help you cope with the current disruption to your business.
