From there, you can record time against the matter, send an email to the client (which will automatically be stored on the file history), send a message to the client via the MyLegalSpace client portal, send an e-chit or billing request to accounts and access all of the financial information related to that case either in a quick view or by quickly opening up the ledger card.
All of the emails you send to a client will be automatically stored in the file history. Our email agent will also recognise any incoming emails against the matter and automatically store them in the file history along with any attachments.
Easy Document Creation
Creating letters and completing forms in the Spitfire CMS is easy. Whatever practice are you are working in, we have all the forms you will need. All of these letters and forms will automatically be populated with information you have already entered into the system, saving you countless hours of entering information. All of this is automatically time recorded and stored in the file history.
The file history enables you to work towards a paperless office as everything is stored in one easy to access location digitally. You may be thinking, 'what if I need to sign a document? Won't I need to print it first?' Good question, but the answer is no.
With Spitfire, you can sign the document electronically, just drag and drop your signature wherever you want it. You can then send the document electronically via email or MLS, which is all tracked in the file history. Using our Adobe Sign or DocuSign integrations, the client can then also sign the document electronically and return it to you.
This means that you cut the cost printing and posting documents, while also freeing you from the office as you won't need access to a printer or scanner. All from having an effective case management system.
