Firms that carry out Crime work under contract have been in a state of change for many years now. We are all clearly hoping this is a step in the right direction but of course this all remains to be seen. The interesting thing about firms that do this type of work is that they need to be very efficient to make any money as the rates are so low!
This also throws up huge challenges for software suppliers in order to keep up with the many changes that are imposed on firms that have contacts.
