For Internet Explorer

  • Once you have clicked on the link to the left a box will pop up and ask you to Run, Save or Cancel.
  • Press Run
  • Another pop up will ask you to Run, Save or Cancel
  • Press Run
  • You will then see the a box as on the left but it will have a an ID and Password

Please give the Support Representative the ID and Password when required

For FireFox

  • Once you have clicked on the image above, a box will pop up and ask you to Save File or Cancel.
  • Press Save File
  • Then another pop up will ask you where you would like to save the file,
  • save it to somewhere you can find it and then either run it from the download manager or find it and double click on to it
  • Once Run you will then see the a box like above with an ID and Password

Please give the Support Representative the ID number when required.
